5. Consultations & Appointments

Consultations can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. All appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your consultation within one business day. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

6. Fees & Compensation

Our primary compensation is through commissions paid by insurance carriers. In some cases, we may charge advisory or service fees, which will be disclosed to you in advance and in writing. You are never obligated to proceed with any recommendation, and your initial consultation is complimentary.

7. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we strive to find the best coverage at competitive premiums, we cannot guarantee specific rates, coverage approvals, or claim outcomes. Insurance pricing and underwriting decisions are made by carriers based on their own criteria and risk appetite. 8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees or commissions received for the specific transaction at issue.
