30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If we charge any advisory or consultation service fee, it is subject to a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the value of our brokerage services, contact us within 30 calendar days of the fee being charged and we will make it right.

Scope

This refund policy applies specifically to advisory fees, consultation fees, or any service charges collected by Alexa Insurance Services, Inc. It does not apply to insurance premiums, which are collected by and refundable through the issuing insurance carrier according to their own cancellation and refund provisions.

How It Works

If you are dissatisfied with any advisory service for which a fee was charged, reach out to us within 30 calendar days. We will review your concerns and offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Additional Consultation: If the concern can be addressed with additional review or analysis, we will provide a follow-up session at no additional cost.
  • Service Credit: We may issue a credit toward future brokerage services of your choice.
  • Full Refund: If neither of the above resolves the matter, we will process a full refund of the service fee within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Insurance Premium Refunds

Insurance premiums are paid to and held by the issuing carrier. If you cancel a policy, any unearned premium is refunded by the carrier according to their cancellation terms and schedule. We assist in processing cancellations and follow up to ensure any refund due is returned to you. Refund timing and amounts are determined by the carrier, not by our brokerage.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or resolution request, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Date and description of the service fee charged
  • Description of your concern or reason for dissatisfaction

Important Notes

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the service fee being charged.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • This policy does not extend to insurance premiums, which are governed by the issuing carrier.
  • Initial consultations are always complimentary and not subject to any fees.
